Laser-Drilled Hole Containers for CCIT Positive Controls
Laser-drilled hole containers are vials, ampoules, syringes and cartridges with precisely laser-drilled micro-holes of a defined, certified diameter, used as CCIT positive controls in container closure integrity testing. FTI creates customized micro-hole containers on every type of packaging material to challenge and validate CCIT methods — vacuum decay, pressure decay, helium leak and high-voltage leak detection — confirming a method reliably detects a known leak of a given size. Each container is supplied with certification of hole size and location, aligned with USP \<1207\>.
