Particle Characterization & Foreign Particulate Identificatio

FTI’s particle characterization service identifies the size, morphology and chemical composition of visible and sub-visible foreign particulate matter found in injectable and sterile products. Using microscopy, FTIR, SEM-EDX and Raman, we perform particle identification to determine the likely source of contamination and support root-cause investigations and CAPA, aligned with USP \<788\> and USP \<790\>. Each study is delivered as a pharmaceutical particle analysis report with images, size and morphology data, elemental or chemical identification, and a probable-source assessment.
