Plant-Specific Contact & Non-Contact Material Library Kits

A material library kit is a curated, characterized reference set of every material present in a specific manufacturing plant — a contact material library of product-contact materials (stoppers, gaskets, tubing, filters, glass, silicone) and a non-contact material library of facility and environmental materials (garments, wipes, gloves, equipment surfaces). When a foreign particle is found in a batch, it is matched against this plantspecific material library to identify its source quickly, turning a slow root-cause contamination investigation into a direct comparison. Each library is built to your facility’s material inventory and complements FTI’s particle characterization service. Applications: contamination investigations, CAPA, and audit readiness.
